Vegetable distribution center intelligent cleaning system project

A clean vegetables distribution center is committed to providing high-quality clean vegetables distribution services for more than 20 catering enterprises in the city. In order to respond to the growing demand for orders and improve the efficiency and quality of vegetable processing, the center introduced Tengsheng Machinery intelligent cleaning system in early 2024 to comprehensively upgrade the original production line.

The project adopts the vegetable cleaning equipment independently developed by Tengsheng Machinery, which integrates advanced technologies such as eddy current washing, bubble shock, ozone sterilization, oxygen removal of agricultural residues and ultrasonic fine washing, and realizes the full automation of vegetable cleaning. The system is equipped with a water circulation device to ensure the cleaning effect while greatly reducing water consumption and labor costs.

After the project was put into operation, the production efficiency of the vegetable distribution center was significantly improved, the daily processing capacity was increased from 2 tons to 8.5 tons, and the labor cost was reduced by 58%. At the same time, the quality of pure vegetables is effectively guaranteed, and the freshness period of vegetables is extended by 36 hours.
