Winery front cleaning air dry grape project

In order to improve grape cleaning efficiency and ensure wine quality, a winery introduced Teng Sheng machinery, a customized grape cleaning and drying system. The system consists of two efficient cleaning machines, using bubble shock and spray cleaning technology, to gently remove dust and impurities on the surface of the grapes; A typhoon drying equipment, the use of circulating air system to quickly remove the surface water of grapes to avoid affecting fermentation; A lifting machine to realize the automatic transportation of grapes after cleaning, connecting the subsequent winemaking process.

After the project was put into operation, the efficiency of grape cleaning was greatly improved, and the cleanliness of grapes after cleaning was significantly improved, providing a reliable guarantee for the production of high-quality wine.
