A clean vegetables distribution center is committed to providing high.quality clean vegetables distribution services for more than 20 cateringenterprises in the city. In order to respond to the growing demand fororders and improve the efficiency and quality of vegetable processingthe center introduced Tengsheng Machinery intelligent cleaningsystem in early 2024 to comprehensively upgrade the originalproduction line. The project adopts the vegetable cleaning equipmentindependently developed by Tengsheng Machinery, which integratesadvanced technologies such as eddy current washing, bubble shockozone sterilization, oxygen removal of agricultural residues andultrasonic fine washing, and realizes the full automation of vegetablecleaning. The system is equipped with a water circulation device toensure the cleaning effect while greatly reducing water consumptionand labor costs. After the project was put into operation, theproduction efficiency of the vegetable distribution center wassignificantly improved, the daily processing capacity was increasedfrom 2 tons to 8.5 tons, and the labor cost was reduced by 58%. At thesame time, the quality of pure vegetables is effectively guaranteed, andthe freshness period of vegetables is extended by 36 hours.
